  • Exclusive Video Orders: Custom video orders are non-refundable as they are created specifically for your brand.
  • Credits: Purchased credits are non-refundable.

  • Exclusive Videos: No revisions are offered on exclusive video orders. Please ensure your brief is detailed and complete before placing an order.
  • Format Packages: Packages are delivered as-is and do not include revisions.

  • Exclusive Videos: Delivered within the timeframe specified at checkout (typically 3-7 business days).

Exceptions
